03 — Patient to patient, county by county
Start in Kitsap County. Spread to neighboring counties.
Optimized health consumers organise themselves, beginning with patient-to-patient groups who share their conditions and experiences with providers and their support staff within their county. The good, the bad and the ugly are identified, so only the good are chosen.
Choose “Open Notes Providers”
within your county and neighboring counties, and share them in your groups.
Mini groups by condition
e.g. diabetes, heart conditions, cancer, mental health.
Bring a companion
Patients retain only about 10% after a session. A family member or friend can take notes and ask questions.
